FleetConnect247 allows you to create Work Orders for both planned and unplanned maintenance work to be carried out on your assets. Any issues and defects reported from a daily vehicle inspection can be added to the Work Order for review by the service technician.
Work Orders can be assigned to technicians to perform corrective action and the asset will automatically be marked as “out-of service” and unavailable for assignment to drivers and unavailable to schedule in any integrated job dispatch system.
The Work Order allows you to track work done, service technician doing the task, time spent, parts used, and costs for parts and materials and labour. The Work Order progresses through statues from Pending to Completed allowing you to track accurate status and reasons like “waiting for parts”.
